All the information you need to know about our customization is below. This includes items, pricing, how it works and our custom request form!

I like your listed designs, but I want it customized to me!

  • Any of our items you see on our website can be custom made!

  • When customizing a design you’ve seen on the website you are able to change the colors, position of pieces and make small changes to the design!

  • The price will stay the same if you decide to customize any product you find on the website!

I would love to have one of the items you sell premade, but I want a different design not listed!

  • All items we have are able to be fully customized to something of your choosing!

  • If you choose an item we already sell premade, such as an ornament or a beanie or bracelet, and have a design already made we will do our best to create it. We will try to match the design as best as possible, but it could mean minimizing details, or changing materials which would change the price. We will present you with many options and mock ups of the design so you can pick which choice works best for your vision and budget!

  • It is totally understandable for you to wonder why it would be a different price. A custom design can vary from simple to detailed and could require different materials than the products we usually use. We will also be creating multiple versions of your design!

What designs do we do?

  • We will work with you to create the perfect piece for you. If you reach out with a design or an idea for a design we will turn it into a pattern and create mock ups until you are satisfied!

  • We love animals! We would love to create a portrait of your pet for you to love and cherish. We do realistic pet portraits and also cartoon pet portraits!

  • We also offer family portraits. We have a few ways of creating family portraits which depend on sizing of the project.

Our sizes and designs

  • We offer micro, small, medium and large. On occasion we will offer an extra large, or BFP, but these can take months and are most costly.

  • Our sizes come in ranges. Each design is different from the next and no two are shaped alike. Because of that our sizes go by stitch dimensions. We use 14 ct fabric for our designs but we change it based on your preference. If we use a larger count to create your design then it will be smaller than if we used a smaller count fabric even if we use the same amount of stitches. Because of this we measure the piece by stitch count not inches.

  • Our sizes have ranges. There are small smalls and large smalls, small mediums and large mediums, etc. Because of this you can choose your budget range and we can work with you to create a design that you will love in that sizing range. This means changing the amount of stitches, changing the blend level, color count and so on. We will do everything we can to create the perfect design.

The Process

  • The first step of the process is your inquiry. There is a form at the bottom of this page where you can request a custom piece from us. It will ask for your idea, any photos and hopeful finish date. Once received we will respond in 24 hours.

  • After we receive your design request we will send you our information packet. This includes everything from in depth size descriptions, pricing, time, and the full laid out process of creation. From there we will design your piece and send you different visuals until you find the one you like the best.

  • Once the final design is approved we will move on to production. We will send you the payment information and once payment is received we will design your piece. We also offer payment plans and options for anyone who would like to pay over time. We will give you a turn around date for when your piece will be finished. We will let you know when your piece is finishing up and will send it out once it is complete!
